So, you’re not so hip on eating cardboard? Neither are we. Which is exactly why we’ve broken the mold and created something truly spectacular. Our pizza dough mix not only comes packed with flavor, but has impressive structure to boot - so load it up with all your favorite toppings!
And guess what? Just add water.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Flour Blend (rice flour, potato starch, non-GMO corn starch, whole sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato flour), Sugar, Olive Oil, Yeast, Salt, Egg White Powder, Xanthan Gum, Rice Vinegar Powder (maltodextrin, rice vinegar), Nonfat Dry Milk Powder, Guar Gum, Natural Flavors, Soy Lecithin, Rosemary Extract (antioxidant).
Note: For best results, use a stand mixer. A hand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachments may be used with an additional 1/4 cup water & five (5) minutes mixing time. (Dough will first form into small balls & with the addition of water, will continue to form into a single dough ball).
